WEEK OF SEPT 6 - SEPT 9

Tuesday we will be looking at values and our own values with a class exercise.

Wednesday we will be looking at the danger of applying our values to other cultures, time periods and groups by looking at the Nacirema and their devotion to the Rac.

Thursday we will be looking at a world map and seeing what we know and don't know in relationship to countries and bodies of water.

Friday will be introducing the Middle Ages our first unit of study. We will brainstorm ideas we already know about this period. The students will take some notes which will be found here on Friday.

WEEK OF AUGUST 30 - SEPTEMBER 1

WELCOME!

This week will be an introduction to World History.

On Tuesday we will be getting course expectations and a syllubus to sign.

On Wednesday the students will be getting their books for the CP1 and Honors classes.
We will be starting values. Values are important to how we see history.

Thursday we will be finishing Values. The students will also be given a scrapbook assignment. Here is the assignment for the scrapbook.

WEEK OF JUNE 6 - 10

This is out last week before Finals.

Monday we will be looking at the Daoism through the eyes of the Winnie the Pooh charachters.
