WEEK OF JANUARY 25- 29

Monday A-2 will draw a person that represents the past and we will discuss the new life of the Industrial Revolution. Students will get a homework packet here that will be due on Friday.

We will then have a museum walk of pictures of the Industrial Revolution.

Tuesday B-2 will have a museum walk on the Industrial Revolution.  Students will then take notes on the differences of life before and after the Industrial Revolution. Those notes will be found here.  Students will get the primary source document for Homework Packet that is due on Thursday.

Wednesday A-2 will have notes on the Industrial Revolution that can be found above. We then be looking at some of the major inventions of the Industrial Revolution. Students will be given a vocabulary word to work on.



Thursday B-2 will take out computers and use them to work on Inventor and Inventions Cards. Homework packet will be collected.

Friday A-2 will do the same as B-2 but in the computer lab.

WEEK OF JANUARY 19 - 22

Tuesday A-2 will be finishing their power point on the Americas and presenting them to the class. We will also spend time reviewing for the final exam.

Wednesday B-2 will be finishing their power point projects and presenting them to the class. We will be discussing the Americas

THURSDAY IS A HALF DAY. EXAM FOR A-2

Friday B-2  will finish up the America's and take a quiz on them. We will also be giving out a vocab word on the next revolution : Industrial Revolution.

WEEK OF JANUARY 11 - 15

Monday A-2 will have an test on the America's. I will be checking their notebooks for a quiz grade also.They will then start the Americas by working on a map and having an introductory activity. They will get a homework sheet.

Tuesday B-2 will be in the computer lab working on a power point for the Americas. It will be an overview of the Spanish in America and their revolutions for independence.
Should be studying for Midterm Exam that will be Friday the 15th.
      

Wednesday we will be reviewing for the Midterm Exam. It is a half day.

Thursday A-2 will be in the computer lab to work on their power point for Americas.

Friday B-2 will have their Mid Term Exam.

WEEK OF JANUARY 4 - 8

Monday B-2 will see us working on a worksheet on the French Revolution. Students will also get a sheet with a timeline of the events of the French Revolution. The students will get a homework sheet on the French Revolution. It will be found here.

Wednesday B-2 we will learn about Napoleon starting with 3 people who say they are Napoleon but only one is the real deal. Students will get a homework sheet on Napoleon.
