WEEK OF DECEMBER 15 - 19

Monday will see us finishing up the worksheet on the French Revolution. Students will then be assigned to a group and we will create a little newspaper on the French Revolution.

Tuesday students will finish up their newspapers.

Wednesday we will learn about Napoleon starting with 3 people who say they are Napoleon but only one is the real deal

Thursday we will finish Napoleon and review for the test on Friday.

Friday is a test on government, French Revolution and Napoleon.

VACATION.

WEEK OF DECEMBER 8 - 12

Monday  will find us taking notes on Enlightenment and looking at the major thinkers of the 1600 an 1700's and how they influenced the USA.  The notes will be found here.  We will make a 9 types of government pamphlet. We will practice our types of governments symbols.


We will have a quiz on the 9 types of government symbols. We will finish the notes on Enlightenment.
There is a homework sheet for homework.



Wednesday  will find us looking at Absolute Monarchy and the Reign of Louis XIV.



     

Thursday We will have a quiz on 9 types of government and the political spectrum. . We will talk about how ideas of new government pass from Europe to the USA back to Europe.
We will start looking at the French Monarch and the seeds of the Revolution.



Friday we will start the French Revolution and the 3 estates of France.
